I'm based in Philly, with roots in TN, CA, TX, and IL: Singing in small groups and a big band (opening for James Brown!), I earned my degree in Classical Guitar in Chicago. Now I teach at the legendary Settlement Music School, and adore the unique styles of Django, Charlie Byrd, ‘20s & ‘30s Jazz, French, Latin, and Swing. I do crave texture! soft and delicate, sultry and blue, and bold and bright!
