about

Recorded live at Porcupine Studios, London, England, with engineer Nick Taylor.
Mixed and Mastered at MorningStar Studios, Philadelphia, USA by Glenn Barratt.
"The London Session" all began with a little idea I had during a bout with spring fever - it not only stretches back in time, but across the Atlantic. Why not go to London and record some of my favorite songs with some of my fabulous musical friends there? Afterwards, the best part would be the chance to bring it all back home and share with everyone! Right? That's what I thought, and I'm busting with joy that I did it.
This collection includes my English, Argentine, and Australian band. In the full spirit of spontaneous jazz, we recorded six songs we had never played together before. My heart was glowing to have such an opportunity.
When the day was done (hugs and more hugs), I headed back to Philly with my treasure. All that was left to do was the mixing and mastering with Glenn Barratt at MorningStar Studios (plus a cameo by Philadelphia's Diane Monroe!). I can't wait for you to sing and swing along with us!
